I am licensed in California and Oregon with over 18 years of professional work experience. Some of my areas of expertise in working with individuals are; depression, anxiety, abusive relationships, co-dependency, personal boundaries, self esteem and disconnect from personal value, job performance, anger, communication, intimacy in relationships, parenting and parent-child relationships. I have studied and worked extensively in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and take a solution-focused approach to helping individuals. In a safe and non-judgmental environment, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
