We often seek therapy when we're ready for change and part of our life has become unbalanced. A feeling of discontent, depression, or anxiety may have lasted a lifetime, or may have been initiated by a transitional change, such as loss of a relationship or career, or a yearning to grow beyond where we have been stuck. I welcome all parts of you, and will meet you where you are at in the journey towards wholeness. What is your approach to therapy? I offer a collaborative approach to therapy, beginning with hearing what your goals are. I will create a specific plan to help you achieve those, tailored for you. I have training in DBT, EMDR, relational, and psychodynamic approaches. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? A warm, nonjudgmental environment, clear intentions, and a place to grow, and heal.
