Kristina is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in the state of Texas with over 4 years of experience providing clinical assessments and therapeutic care to children, adolescents, and adults. She is an advocated for those struggling with PTSD and trauma, emotional and physical abuse, relationship issues and codependency, depression, anxiety, substance use issues, self-harm, and grief. She is also an ally of the LGBTQ+ community and an advocate for the equal rights of all. Kristina considers herself an eclectic counselor and enjoys applying different theories and techniques to find the best care for her clients. She thrives on continuing her education and is always looking for new ways to improve. Kristina is also very fond of reading and take pleasure in reading non-fiction and mystery books as a form of self-care.
