Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor ((LCMHC) based in North Carolina. I’ve been in the mental health field for the past 20 years in all capacities from community mental health to running a private practice, teaching first responders, and running a team of 300 clinicians nationwide. Out of all of that, what I love most is the face-to-face experience that I get with my clients . There is nothing that compares to being a part of your journey and helping you heal, find health, and create peace and consistency in your life.
