My counseling style is empathetic, mindful, client-centered, and straightforward. I believe in treating everyone with respect and being sensitive to the needs of others.

I have extensive experience working with individuals coping with illness and/or disabilities and supporting people through loss and/or adjusting to different lifestyles. I am committed to helping people including parents, caregivers and professionals to mitigate burnout and achieve balance. I partner with my clients to achieve healthy lifestyles including anxiety and stress management, smoking cessation, and sleep hygiene.
