I am a licensed clinical social worker. I work with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement, coping skills and trauma. I use a strengths based approach in my practice. I have been a clinician for 4 years and did a year internship during my masters degree. My goal is to help my clients live the best quality of life that they can and to empower my clients to live the life they want and deserve.
