About

I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Connecticut with over 12 years of experience working as a therapist with kids, teens, families and adults.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My therapy background started as an Art Therapist, so I have a creative and hands-on style. I use evidence-based treatment interventions, including CBT, but will also encourage you to explore relational issues and family history. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, existential and psychodynamic therapy.
