I started Green Root Therapy in the summer of 2021 after wanting to create a therapeutic space for clients to be seen as people —not numbers. In my practice, I support individuals working to find more balance in life while building self-esteem and confidence. I use a collaborative approach to address self-doubt, fear, sadness, anxiety, and depression. I enjoy helping clients create more compassion and understanding of themselves, while developing tools for managing difficult relationships, burn out, and the other challenges that life brings. As a Gottman Level 1 counselor, I also work with couples struggling with emotional pain and affairs to improve intimacy, respect, and affection while healing from the past to create empathy and understanding of one another and the relationship.
