About
I’m a culturally-aware clinician that is committed to helping women and non-binary people from all walks of life learn to explore and reexamine their lives to improve self-esteem, challenge societal beliefs and expectations, and decrease anxiety and depression. I have experience in working with domestic violence and teaching how to manage and decrease trauma symptoms while also decreasing feelings of shame towards self. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral, Narrative, and Mindfulness-based therapy techniques to help clients rewrite their stories and see perspectives they had not seen or noticed before. I’m also experienced in working with LGBTQ+ communities and am constantly working and learning to be as inclusive as possible. I will work with whatever place you are in, in your life, and go at your pace so you feel secure and safe. I look forward to meeting with you and assisting with the exploration of your life, your perspectives, and your stories.
