About

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Minnesota with 11 years of clinical therapy work experience. I have primarily worked with ages fourteen through adulthood in various settings (addiction centers, community agencies, and schools).

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & coping with grief and loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
