Welcome to Find A Therapist! My name is Kristina Dygulski and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I have over ten years experience in the mental health field. My experiences have allowed me to work with clients to address a multitude of issues including: anxiety, depression, stress, relationship and communication issues, low self-esteem, codependency and addictions. My goal is to guide you in achieving wellness and balance in your mental and emotional well-being. I believe in supporting individuals to bring about the change they desire in life. During sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental and accepting environment to aid in facilitating the change you desire in your life.
