Hi, I'm Kristina. Do you feel pulled in multiple different directions all at once and struggle to fit everything in? Do you find yourself struggling to keep up with all the different areas of your life, relationships, work, health? Is it hard to give yourself the grace you easily extend to others? I help people manage anxiety, burnout, depression, and ADHD. Together we can identify the things which are not working for you and get your balance back. We will use a whole self approach to address the needs of not just your mind, but your body and spirit. I integrate mindfulness and yoga to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. I am here to help you empower yourself. While seeking therapy can be scary, you are making the right choice. You deserve a safe, nonjudgmental space to heal and grow.
