Hello! I believe that my relationship with clients is key. A nonjudgmental, warm, and authentic approach allows me to build a strong foundation upon which clients feel safe and heard. As such, I believe Therapy should be a collaborative process. Everyone comes upon bumps in the road for a variety of reasons from time to time. Whether you have experienced bumps, or complete road blocks, I am here to support you. I graduated from WVU, and have over 7 years post graduate experience and practice CBT, Gottman Method and Mindfulness based models. I am happy to be a part of your path towards self discovery and wellness!
