Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I genuinely love what I do. I have 23 years of experience. I work with a broad range of issues, including anxiety, panic, depression, life stressors, family dysfunction, trauma, self-esteem, and other emotional and behavioral issues. The most important thing to successful therapy is connecting with your therapist. Rapport and trust are crucial in your path to healing. I work hard to meet people where they are and show respect and honor to their values and belief system. I tend to use an eclectic style of therapy, mainly drawing from CBT and supportive counseling, solution-focused, mindfulness, and motivational type modalities. Treatment will be based on each client individually and at their own pace.
