I am licensed in California with 21 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression. My area of refined specialization is transition aged international adoptees with complex PTSD. I have experience working with most forms of life changes and challenges. I believe that you are the creator of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
