Hello! My name is Kristin, and I am thrilled to be part of the Find A Therapist platform to provide quality treatment in a safe, secure environment. I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Indiana, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin. My passion is to work with adolescents and adults with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-image, and establishing healthy boundaries. I have about eight years experience working with families, children, adults, and those with developmental disabilities.

My approach is eclectic. I enjoy using a cognitive behavior approach, client/person-centered, solution focused, as well as working with trauma. I appreciate the cultural and spiritual/religious background of each client. I understand that sometimes clients enjoy incorporating their spiritual background in their treatment. My goal is to provide safety and use a collaborative approach to establish plans and goals.
