I am a clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with people across the lifespan from many backgrounds, cultures and beliefs in multiple settings. I strongly believe everyone deserves a supportive advocate to help them find the greatness inside of them. I believe in individuals and the unique ability they have to find hope and healing within themselves and through the relationships they have with others. My background is primarily in Attachment and Trauma work. I am passionate about helping people through changes and adjustments as well as major life events. I also have special interest in helping those with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, postpartum issues, relationships and family issues, and stress. Parenting is another area I am passionate about. I have experience and specialized training in foster care and adoption issues helping parents, families, children, and adults who have been touched in any way by foster care or adoption. I utilize a client centered approach that is strengths based and highly individualized. I Pull from an array of approaches as unique as the individuals I meet in order to help my clients reach their goals. I have training in CBT, mindfulness, trauma informed care, TBRI, EMDR, and solution focused work among other approaches.
