I meet each person where they are emotionally and mentally. I draw from many different approaches including mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and CBT and experience. I understand that starting therapy can be difficult and scary. I provide a non-judgmental, compassionate and supportive space for each person to share their experiences. I have experience treating both children and adults with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety and Depression. I work with each person to address the issues that brought them to therapy. I encourage my clients to engage in activities that are beneficial emotionally , physically and mentally for them. I welcome feedback about how sessions are going and their progress.
