“Change, like healing, takes time.” - Veronica Roth I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and become the best version of themselves. Sometimes individuals need time and a safe, nonjudgmental space to process their internal dialogue, life experiences, and patterns that impact their lives negatively. As your therapist, I aim to provide a place where clients can explore the difficulties they experience and shift unhealthy patterns of being into healthy, thriving, and empowered ways of living. My practice focuses on supporting individuals in identifying unhealthy thought patterns, internal dialogue, and negative life experiences and shifting their perspectives while developing new ways of thinking and feeling.
