I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & bipolar disorder. I also have experience working with depression. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior therapy and trained in EMDR. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
