I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. Reining Hope Counseling Services, LLC, offers traditional and experiential forms of counseling. Specializing in Clinical Mental Health, Addictions, and Trauma/Grief Counseling, I work with youth and families from a humanistic, mindfulness, and narrative approach utilizing the client's strengths as part of the therapeutic process.
