Your first step toward change may be frightening, but a safe counseling environment can offer the needed support as you work on improving your mood, relationships, and overall outlook on life. Seeking counseling is courageous and prepares your path toward healing. Remember, you are worthy! I have been a counselor since 2019 and have offered individual counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Most recently, I have counseled adults struggling with addiction. In therapeutic relationships, I help clients understand and begin the self-healing process and give them the necessary tools to find their path.
I am passionate about helping people—those who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, identity exploration, and addiction. I am trauma-informed and apply a person-centered approach in my counseling practice. I will meet you where you are and provide you with a safe space to collaborate on your goals
I apply a variety of evidence-based techniques including cognitive behavior therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
