I am licensed in Tennessee with 3+ years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression & mood disorders, coping with addictions, & trauma and abuse. I also enjoy working with individuals moving through the life challenges we all find ourselves dealing with. I believe everyone has innate strengths & abilities - we just sometimes forget this when we feel overwhelmed with our strugles.
