I am here to help you navigate into a better state of mind. A little about me, I live a very active and healthy lifestyle. I enjoy being outdoors and being in nature. I enjoy helping others tap into hobbies and create new coping skills. I love animals and have a big fluffy golden retriever. His name is Gus and from time to time crashes in to say hi during sessions. I have experience working with anxiety, behavioral management, self-esteem, parenting and anger management. I am open to new experiences and challenges and will approach each client in a professional empathic manner.
