Hello and welcome to my profile!

My name is Kris and I have been providing counseling services as an LPC here in the state of VA! I specialize in working with adults who struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues, grief, life adjustments, existential challenges, and self-esteem. As a counselor, I firmly believe in the therapeutic relationship being one of openness, trust, non-judgmental to each unique individual, and founded on the idea that as a counselor I am a partner in helping you find the solution to your challenges. As a therapeutic approach, I favor modalities such as CBT/REBT, Existential, EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Based Therapy. I hope that you will find that in our time together you feel heard, validated, and supported in an open and trusted environment. From a personality perspective if you are looking for a therapist who is relaxed, warm, supportive, and personable then feel free to consider me as an option for your therapeutic needs.
