Kristian is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Colorado and California who has been in the field for over 10 years. Kristian works from a collaborative, strengths-based approach; with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, disruptive behaviors, relationship challenges, grief, PTSD, trauma, crisis intervention, anger management, and substance abuse. Kristian uses a blend of evidence-based treatments including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, family therapy and mindfulness-based interventions. Kristian has worked in a variety of settings with children, adolescents, families, and adults. Kristian provides a genuine, empathetic and safe place for you to work towards your goals.
