Hi, my name is Kristi and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I have a warm, compassionate and kind approach, and my personal life experiences help me to be non-judgmental and empathetic. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship combined with a desire to make changes can heal many wounds and create a life worth living. I have assisted individuals experiencing depression, grief, anxiety, cancer, PTSD, anxiety, Bi-Polar Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, substance abuse challenges, relationship challenges, trauma, spiritual issues, and more. I work from a person-centered foundation, and integrate a variety of helpful techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practice, spiritual topics, women's issues, trauma-informed counseling, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology and eating disorders training. My desire is to help you find a life that has meaning, joy and purpose, and I dedicate myself to working with you toward these goals.
