I completed my master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Health Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2011, where I was trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I continued to earn my license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania in 2013.

I believe that you deserve a warm, supportive environment to work through anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, grief, and more. Through identification of and focus on your strengths, we can work together to promote coping, healing, and restoration of peace in your life.
