I am licensed in Vermont with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I provide individual counseling with an emphasis on mindfulness and radical acceptance. My goal is to provide a compassionate space within which you can be vulnerable and curious, while strengthening your self-awareness. I believe in working with positive intention, somatic awareness, embodying love, and challenging oppressive systems. My approach is eclectic, holistic, and tailored to the individual.
