I am licensed in New Jersey with 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & coping with grief and loss. Life is a series of transitions that can cause anxiety about the future, and sadness and depression about the past. Encountering change can be stressful and make us feel unbalanced.

My approach is client-centered, holistic, and supportive. I will meet you where you are with no expectations other than hope for a desire to put the time into creating a clearer and healthier future together.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you feel empowered.
