Most people in the world are not in need of a diagnosis or analysis, they are in need of understanding their own unique energetic make-up.

For over 25 years I've been helping people to understand themselves through helping them to understand the fundamental way that we communicate as human beings - and that is energetically. This energetic communication happens internally, and externally.

About 10 years ago, I was introduced to Human Design, a system that helps people understand themselves with such depth and clarity, I've never looked back. And while I tap into my decades of clinical and coaching experience, the number one tool for transformation I use all the time is Human Design. It is literally a map of your energy, and how you process things mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. It shows us your innate gifts & genius, and your inherent challenges - and how to work WITH those challenges, vs trying to "fix" them or feeling that there is something 'wrong' with you to be fixed in the first place.

Your unique design shows us how you interact and communicate with others, and the patterns that are showing up at work or in relationships, or even in your own mind and emotions - even if you don't yet have words for those patterns.

I offer very practical, grounded - and yes energetically and intuitively guided - resources for my clients that are geared towards helping you get back into YOUR natural flow, at home, in your relationships, and at work.
