I am licensed in Louisiana with over 4 years of experience working as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, grief, relationship issues, anger management, self esteem, adjustment to life challenges, LGBTQ, and autism spectrum. My counseling style is warm and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and person-centered therapy.
