Hi! My name is Kristen Paradise. I am a licensed provider from Minneapolis, whose approach to treatment is tailored to the client, as each person is unique in their own right, and each person may have a different need in the context of their process of therapy. As all individuals are different, and all people experience this life differently than the next. We cannot assume to know what another person feels, but what we can do, is listen to one another, and be there to give support, care and compassion when it is needed the most. None of us have all the answers in this life, yet, sometimes all we need, is to be heard, to feel understood, and to not feel alone.

I specialize my work with: psychedelic informed/integration, grief and loss, LGBTQ+, anxiety, depression, sex work, veterans, first responders, and trauma.

Outside of Find A Therapist, I own and operate a psychedelic assisted psychotherapy practice, in MN. If you are curious about this work, we can also discuss if it may be helpful to your healing.

When we are shamed for simply who we are, how can we ever learn to be authentically ourselves?My goal as a provider, is to ensure my patients are seen and heard, and to do my best to help them not feel alone in this world.
