I enjoy working with clients on a variety of issues and concerns. I thrive on challenging patients to bring a greater awareness of their needs, as well as showing compassion for themselves as they are working, growing, changing and transcending the issues that are causing stress or dysfunction. I have experience working with teenagers who come from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations and socioeconomic statuses. I want to not only offer support, but also to become a sounding board where an individual can feel like they have the space to confront anything and everything in a comfortable and secure environment. My therapeutic approach allows me to effectively serve people dealing with depression and anxiety, to life transitions and complex trauma. I work from an integrative therapy lens, which enables me to tailor my therapeutic technique to each client and each situation. I tend to primarily focus within evidencebased practices such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. I can help patients build the tools and perspective they need to create change. It is my hope to create a safe space for them to be authentically themselves. I received my Master’s in Social Work in September 2019, I am married and have five children.
