About
Therapy is a commitment you make to yourself when you know you deserve better. If you’ve been struggling to manage recent experiences, understand or accept things from your past, or are anxious about an upcoming life event, you may not realize the impact it can have on the other areas of your life until it feels out of control. If you are willing to work towards making change in your life, you are capable of so much more than you realize. The best version of yourself is already within you. All you have to do is take the first step and you don't have to do it alone. I specialize in working with women who are struggling with the balance of life's many responsibilities. Work, partners, kids, health, friends; it can be such a struggle to, "do it all." As a therapist, I put an emphasis on prioritizing time for what matters most and setting boundaries to manage the rest. We cannot be all things to all people, nor should we. My clients trust that they have a safe space to get real about their struggles while also working together to get unstuck.
