I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provide individual therapy using strength based perspective and other types of interventions that explore new thinking patterns to help develop new, healthier behaviors. I can guide clients through a journey of healing and self discovery to help them understand themselves more deeply and teach coping skills to better manage symptoms related to Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, and Trauma.
