I am a licensed counselor in Texas with over 10 years of experience working as a counselor and board certified Neurofeedback provider. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues using brain health interventions such as neurofeedback and brain health coaching.
My therapy style is interactive, warm, and accepting. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and brain health knowledge to address different issues.
