Hello! My name is Kristen Dietz and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Pennsylvania. I have spent my counseling career working in a variety of mental health settings and am passionate about helping people find balance in their lives. I've worked with clients through range of concerns including depression, anxiety, family issues, self-doubt, and loss.

My counseling style is approachable and interactive. I believe in meeting clients where they are at in their journey and collaborating to find the path that serves them best. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-focused counseling techniques. I work towards creating collaborative treatment plans with clients that meet their individual goals and needs.

I feel that ones personal time is the most valueable things we have in our lives. Investing time in your health and well being can pay dividends, but I also realize it takes courage and sometimes sacrifice to do so. If you are ready to take this time, I am here to support you!
