I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts. My work includes helping clients address a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions and aging, eating disorders, self esteem, and interpersonal relationships. My approach to therapy is client-centered and integrates aspects of psychodynamic, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, and motivational interviewing. I am flexible in my therapeutic approach and will help you develop a treatment plan that best serves your needs.

My therapy practice focuses on working with clients to heal and grow by helping them access their inner strength and courage to accept themselves and eventually change the behaviors that do not serve them. I believe that everyone is deserving of kindness, empathy, dignity, and respect and that meeting a client wherever they are at is the basis of establishing a therapeutic alliance that ultimately provides a safe space for clients to achieve their goals.
