I have been a social worker for over 27 years, working in child protection, forensic, medical, and clinical areas. I have worked as a clinician for over 11 years. I am certified as a Family Trauma Specialist, Clinical Trauma Professional, Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional, and Addictions-Informed Professional. I have worked with individuals with a variety concerns - substance abuse, trauma, LGBTQ, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adoption/post adoption, parenting children with disabilities, relationship issues, being an empath, and more.

I believe in treating my clients with the most utmost respect. My therapy style is warm, empathetic, and open, as well as interactive. I'm a very eclectic therapist that will tailor my responses and our sessions to your needs. I encourage clients to advocate for themselves and it is a privilege to work with each one of you.
