About

I am a LICSW. My clinical focus has been in health related fields working with comorbidities, end of life, hospice, caregiver fatigue. I am able to work with those experiencing depression, anxiety, insecurity and loneliness. I am holistic with the type of therapies that I use; combining features from DBT, CBT, trauma informed therapies and motivational interviewing. I also has experiencing working with postpartum women who may be experiencing more that just the "baby blues". I work with adults and elders but have experience working with younger clients as well. My passion is helping people manage the challenges of life and the many changes that it can throw at us.
