Having worked in many settings in the mental health field, I have experience working with individuals, families and couples. I also have experience working with a wide variety of diagnoses. I strive to provide a validating, non-judgmental, safe and informational experience for those looking to improve their quality of life. I am educated on many traditional and complimentary treatment methods to support a client's well-being. I want to hear what has worked well in the past for a client and/or what a client feels was not helpful in prior treatment. I focus strongly on developing individualized treatment for clients based on their identified needs and preferences.
