I am licensed LCSW located in Texas with ten years of professional work experience in mental health counseling. I enjoy helping clients navigate stress and anxiety, chronic pain/depression, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, as well as fine tuning one's self confidence.
