I am licensed in Minnesota with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
I am someone who is light hearted and will use some humor in our sessions. I believe we are a team and so while I bring knowledge of therapy, you bring the expertise of who you are and the situation at hand.
