Looking for someone to connect with that is unbiased and able to help you process in a way that uses practical skills as well as a sprinkle of humor at times? Hi, I am Kristen and I have a background of working with individuals with a focus on parenting, women's concerns, anxiety issues and ADHD. Working with the mind and body is how I like to support individuals in exploring their needs and address the underlying root of their symptoms while establishing hope and encouragement for the future. What is your approach to therapy? My approach is a warm, person-centered, affirming, and I sometimes use a funny approach to help create a safe and encouraging environment. I focus on helping clients better understand themselves, those around them, and how to navigate life. Some specializations include anxiety, ADHD, and maternal mental health as well as general life stressors. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Clients can expect to take away some new coping strategies, a neutral perspective, an improved understanding of feelings and maybe a laugh or two.
