Hello! I am Kristen Carty and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have been working in the field for over 10 years. I have a certification in Core Energetics, a form of body psychotherapy and have trained in EMDR and provide trauma informed care. I am passionate about helping people experience themselves fully in their everyday lives. My goal is to provide an unconditional environment and to help my clients find their own deep wisdom, guidance and healing.
