Hello! I go by Kristen and my pronouns are She/Her/Hers. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strengths-based, inclusive approach to therapy. Therapy is a powerful tool to build insights, solve problems, and meet new personal or professional goals. It can be a clarifying experience allowing you to flourish where you are or burst forth into new adventures. I worked as a mental health therapist and administrator for the first half of my twenty-three-year career. Currently, I live and work in Arizona as a therapist, researcher, and Associate Clinical Professor. I look forward to getting to know you!
