About

I am a LPCC counselor, licensed in Colorado, providing strength-based and trauma-informed counseling to adult clients of all ages. I earned my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling for Schools and Communities from Penn State University, and I have worked in free clinic settings, college counseling settings, and a private practice setting since that time. I am passionate about creating an empowering space to work collaboratively with clients toward healing, hope, and purpose. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to be open and fully themselves in order to process life experiences and work toward change, and that is exactly what I strive to provide for all clients. I always work to bring transparency and a person-centered approach to every session.
