Hi, my name is Krissel Montano, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I practice individual therapy with clients ranging in age from adolescence to geriatrics. I focus on helping individuals who struggle with managing daily life challenges related to stress, depression, difficult relationships, self-esteem, mental health, family problems and many other issues that come with life. I utilize various evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy.
