I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and certified Disaster Response Crisis Counselor (DRCC) in the state of New Jersey with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field, first working as a residential counselor for clients in need of supervised care before transitioning to private practice outpatient care. I have worked with clients struggling with challenges ranging from addiction and anxiety to traumatic abuse and spiritual crises. Along with professional experience, I have extensive psychological first aid/crisis counseling training and possess graduate certificates in both military and pastoral counseling.

My overall therapeutic approach is primarily person-centered and mindfulness-based; by focusing on establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship and fostering your self-awareness and self-actualization, my goal is to help you find the strength that exists within you to process and overcome challenges. As each individual is unique, so is each treatment plan, and in turn approaches and techniques will be adjusted over time to meet your specific therapeutic needs. I look forward to working with you!
